13 March 2016 Respected Sir,

The query is related with Ay 2015-16

The taxable business income is as of Rs 4,87,250 whereupon nett tax liability arrives as at Rs. 22,377/= as such Intt u/s 234-A, 234-B, 234-C I have put in computation of income but while making ITR-4-S for Ay 2015-16 it does not workout [ Intt u/s 234-B & 234-C ] but it has worked out Intt 234-A correctly. Please let me know as to why it does not workout [ Intt u/s 234-B & 234-C ]

13 March 2016 No need to pay advance tax by presumptive tax payers, hence 234 B and C will not be levied.
