we have filed original return on 31-07-2013 for AY 13-14 then i filed a revised return on 13-11-2014 for AY 13-14 after that we have received a intimation under section 143(1) on dated 30-12-2014 for demand payable of RS 13500.
i already paid demanded tax with dept with interest on yesterday.
is there is anything else required to do?

if you have already paid then you can just mention in a letter to your juridiction ao regarding the payment u made as per initmation u/s 143(1).

You need to go to incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and after logging in, there is an option for Pending actions. There you select that you agree with the demand for the relevant AY 2013-14 and that you've paid the same. The return will be reprocessed and you shall receive a new intimation.
