i have lost the intimation u/s 143 (1) and can i get it again

Log in to www.incometax.gov.in and request for intimation u/s 143(1).
You will receive it within one week from the date of request.

3)Go to "My account" under which you need to go for "request for intimation u/s.143(1)
you will get intimation via mail

sir i have filled it return for ay 2012-13 claiming refund of rs 5000 but actually i have refund 11000 and the claimed has been paid by the department can i file rectification return or revise return and process to get rectification notice

Intimation u/s 143(1) is NOT an assessment. It is PROCESSING of return.
Assessment is made u/s 143(3) or 144 or 147 or 153A.
Accordingly you can file a revised return even AFTER issue of refund & issue of intimation u/s 143(1).
