Intimation u/sec. 143(1)

10 March 2014 Dear sir,
I want to know about whether i can submit revised return after receiving intimation u/Sec. 143(1), i was summit original return within time which is prescribed u/sec. 139(1).

you are requested to suggest me what i have to do.

10 March 2014 yes you can do so. 143(1) is not considered as completion of assessment. therefore as long as the return was filed under 139(1) and the time under 139(5) is available, return can be revised.
