I have not received intinmation u/s 143 (1) & IT Refund of A.Y 2010-11, A.y 2011-2012 & A.y 2012-2013 .How can I claim my refund

A.y 2010-11 is in manually filed & A.Y 2011-2012, A.Y 2012-2013 is e-filed . Is it better to contact AO or send a letter
