As per ITO TDS has not been considered
I HAVE THE ORIGINAL TDS CERTIFICATE.
Q. Wt Step should i take now plz suggest to get my refund claim soon.

04 April 2010 Hello,

you have to write an application(submission) for the intimation of the notice for the fact of not taken into consideration the TDS certificate. With that attached your calculation of Tax and also attach copy of the TDs certificate for his reference.

We have received your above mentioned intimation U/s 143(1) of the Income Tax Act which is showing a demand of Income Tax of Rs. ....../-

In this connection we want to bring in to your kind notice that in our income tax return we had claimed Rs. ......../- on account of TDS, but in your calculation the amount of TDS considered by you is only Rs. Nil/-. We are also enclosing herewith the Original TDS Certificates for the Assessment Year ...... amounting to Rs. ......./- (...................) for your perusal.
