In ITR 6 uploaded for A Y 14-15 while filling excel sheet "PROFIT_LOSS" against item no 38 - other expenses only amount was typed and nature and amount were not specified.
The I T Dept has emailed intimation u/s 143(1) and has not considered this amount and raised demand
My question is whether i can rectify this u/s 154 by changing Profit & Loss Annexure and upload the revised xml ?

yes you can file rectification...in the P&L sheet mention the nature of other expenses.
