Dear Sir,
I have received a Intimation sating a Tax demand,
But according to return filed by us there is no outstanding Tax.
what should we do now ..?????

please compare your tax computation with that of the 143(1) intimation. if there is any mistake from the income tax department, kndly file for rectification under 154.
