We have to form a new Private Ltd. Company, in which one of the proposed directors is already having DIN No.
Can anybody tell me the procedure for intimation of DIN to Company & ROC...?

04 June 2012 In case the DIN holder is appointed in any company as a director before 1st July, 2007, then the said director has to give DIN-2 to the said company and the company in turn has to file form DIN-3 with in 7 days there from to the ROC. So please ascertain from the DIN holder whether he/she is a director in a company before 01/07/2007 and ,if so ,comply the above formalities through that company. However, for appointments made on or after 1st July, 2007, form DIN-3 is not required to be filed.
