i am going to return inter state purchase
and i have paid 2% CST while purchasing this goods. now while return this goods can i claim that 2% cst.

24 April 2015 you can claim the same from the party as goods are return... party wil revise their return if its too late...

and delay is not there party wil reverse the entry

actually the goods cost was RS. 168000 including 2% CST and i have also asked the supplier to revised the return. the party has refund me 164706 excluding CST. please let me know what to do now... to get my CST amount..
