what is the procedure of internal audit & its checklist.further tell me the role of internal auditor in a manufacturing co?????

The procedure, checklist and role would depend on the scope of work given to the internal auditor. Internal audit can cover any area, operational or non-operational, whatever the management things fit for an audit. Hence, the role, checklist and procedure will be area specific.
