Internal Audit report is required to be submitted monthly,Quarterly,Half Yearly or annually. Do the report to be filed with ROC? mention the section relevant and Please provide us a format in excel OR word of internal audit as per companies act 2013.

Neither the Act nor the Rules is specifically saying about the manner or periodicity of internal audit. Internal audit report is not required to be filed with ROC
