In case of statutory audit of banks, auditors have to certify the Interest subvention claims of Banks. What are the points that need to be concentrated on while checking Interest subvention for Crop loans ?

Verify the following:
1) Is that loan is eligible for subvention
2) Interest for that loan for such year is properly charged
3) The subvention is computed properly and to the eligible year and properly credited and for proper period
