Interest on housing loan

30 July 2012 If a house property is let out for 2 months then what will be the treatment of housing loan interest paid for full year. Will whole interest be allowed as deduction or only for 2 months?

30 July 2012 As per the income tax act, Interest will be allowed for whole year on actual payment basis.it is not relevant, how much months property is let out.
