Dear Experts
As per 194A TDS is applicable for the Interest on Car Loan taken from Finance company (Other than banks).
However is there any provision wherein the TDS deducted & Remitted is to be refunded by the Fiance company at the end of the relevant assessment year ??
If yes is there any circular or notification substantiating the same ?
Kindly give me your valuable insights on the same

there is no such provision of refund as mentioned.
