Hi,
I want to purchase a product from Udaipur and want to sell it to the Andrapradesh and I am confused with the payment of tax and what form should I take I mean C form or E Suguma could u please help me resolve this problem and my firm is registered in Karnataka.

Dear.,
1.If you ll be Purchased goods from udaipur to Karnataka (your place) and then sale to Andrapradesh it's fall under "C" form. You'll give C FORM to Udaipur and Receive C FORM from Andrapradesh...
2. If you purchased in Udaipur and to Delivered to directly Andrapradesh then you fall 2nd option...
