As per pt. 6 othe instructions - If a person is filing return manually is he required to file ITR-5 also? Whether the worksheets given under instructions hv to be attached while filing the return manually?

The ITR-5 is not ITR five but it is ITR- V. V is the English alphabet meaning 'Verification'. Now answer to your question. The person filing manually will have to file manually filled ITR V cum Acknowlegement which is available in the following link:
