13 April 2018 GOOD EVENING EXPERTS I AM IN DOUBT REGARDING ITC ON GTA IN DIFFERENT CASES. THESE ARE FOLLOWING
1-IF GST DEPOSIT BY SERVICE RECEIVER UNDER RCM THAN HE CAN CLAIM ITC ON IT.
2-IF GST PAID BY SERVICE PROVIDER ON GTA . THEN CAN SERVICE RECEIVER TAKE ITC ON IT?????

13 April 2018 but sir itc on gta aviliable only on rcm if pays by service receiver. But if service provider charge gst then can we also claim itc on it????

13 April 2018 Yes.... Can avail the ITC as per Above... As per GST GTA services is under RCM basis. So, Recipient ll be pay Tax under RCM basis. GTA not collect GST... But, Some of the ways like "PACKING FORWARDING CHARGE" GTA collect GST also the GTA services. In this way Recipient paid GST at the time of Service. So, no need to pay GST Tax under RCM basis. Bcoz, Recipient also paid at the time of Receiving Services...
