28 November 2012 Is the Registration done for Service Tax for Goods Transport by Road service valid now after the advent of Negative List, or ammendment is required in the registration. The registration is of Input Service Distributor manufacturing 100% excisable goods - who is also paying excise duty on removal of goods.
