07 August 2022 Sir,
One of my friend business is rent of building.
in order to maintain building need some construction work time to time.
For this purpose purchase steel,bathroom items, Glass etc.
while purchasing this we get invoice and that is reflected in our 2B.
can we claim that input.
Please advise

07 August 2022 As of the day, a case is pending in Honorable Supreme Court, for allow-ability of such ITC, when the immovable property is going to be used for furtherance of business activity. But till any such judgement in favor of assessee, it is not claimable.
