02 January 2016 AND SIR TAX CREDIT IS ALLOWED ON RETAIL INVOICE IF PARTY IS REGISTER IN SALES TAX. SOME CLIENTS OF OUT ARE TAKING AND I ASKED IT FROM MY CA HE SAID PRACTICALLY EVERY ONE TAKES CREDIT IF THAT PARTY HAVE TIN NO.

02 January 2016 Tax credit on Retail invoice can never be allowed no matter what. Credit can be taken if and only if TAX Invoice is issued.
