23 August 2011 Hi, can any one provide me the list of services on which i can get the service tax credit.

Further also let me know wheather i can get the 100% input or parcially ??..

23 August 2011 you can get Input CENVAT on service tax for services related to your output services, 100% CENVAT on service tax can be taken

23 August 2011 Thanks sir, but what about other Service tax paid on Rent/electricity/insurance/audit/consultancy/Mobile& telephone & others... related to whole business.

23 August 2011 In case general services you can take credit on the proportionate value of taxable services and other turnover, which is need to arrive the percentage of taxable service turnover value and apply the percentage and take that much credit only
