12 May 2020 dear sir, i claimed excess cgst/sgst in 2017-2018 and reverse the same in gstr-3b may2018 but later i pay this amount through drc03 now i want to know that how can i get this amount refund already reverse in gstr-3b.with thanks in advance

13 May 2020 As per my view the ITC reversed through Gstr-3b need to get back through refund. Plz make file refund as excess payment of tax in gst rfd-01 online on gst portal along with self declaration if refund is less than 2 lakh rupees and statement under rule 89(2)(k) , statement 7. Plz read masters circular on refund no. 125. List of documents prescribed in this circular. Plz take help from rule 89 cgst rules.

15 May 2020 Time limit is within 2 years from date of payment of taxes. Itc of such paid amount is not possible as re-credit.

15 May 2020 dear sir, i have claimed excess gst and in may2018 reverse the same in gstr3b and again in 2019-2020 i paid this amount through drc03 as this way my payment has gone double.what is remedy with me to get this money back.

16 May 2020 Already replied. File refund. Time limit is 2 years. Suppose you paid during gstr-3b of may 18, gstr-3b filed date 20 June 18, time limit to file refund is 20 June 2020. Now due to corona virus, if any date of any compliance is expiring between 20 march 2020 to 29 June 2020, then deemed to be extended date will be 30.06.2020. so your time limit is up to 30.06.2020.
