Hi, I read your reply to the similar query which u posted in CAClubindia in April. Kindly clarify this doubt: In a goods carriage, consignments of different persons are transported and amount charged for each consignment does not exceed 750 but suppose there were 5 consignments so gross amount charged in this case comes to 3750? Whether service tax is leviable in this case??If yes, then what is the relevance of Entry 21(c)? Your clarification will be highly benficial for me. Thanks -

We are manufacturing unit , We are purchase the Raw materials from various importers. But many Importers are not mention the New Importer Registration Number in Bill. Can we taken the cenvat credit if importer is not mentioned the new importer Registration Number in bill. Please suggest me. -
