Dear all exports,
we are in under central excise and we re mfr surgical tools & Equipment's. customer wants to some samples.
how can we send the samples out of country,because we are in under excise.
if any other guidance, please guide to us and help me
can we maintenance separate records samples components for excise purpose.

In this regard, you will have to prepare the export documents such as Export Invoice, Form ARE-1. Your central excise inspector & superintendent will sign this form ARE-1 after physical verification and sealing. However the same can be self-sealed and self- certified.
In this regard, you need not to pay any duty on it. No need to maintain separate records. If you have the Bond/LUT, you may use one of them for your export.
