You have to collect the detail of receipt and issue of at least 5 major cenvated inputs which constitute more than 10% in your excisable goods as well as the total production of your excisable goods by using such major inputs.
Further the scrap of wastage generated during manufacturing, whether cleared or destroyed, details of the same shall be submitted also.
