01 October 2009 Hello experts.. a big favour. My friends say that only if we have influence we can get into industrial training. Is it true? and can i know the names of companies who regularly recruit trainees so that i can approach those companies? Most companies I approached don't know that there is something called "industrial training " very sad and embarrassing. Hope I get the clarrification soon

Thank You!

01 October 2009 Influence is very big thing but it does not bar you from getting good IT if you have ability. Regarding this big companies does not consider influence :)

01 October 2009 If you have good contacts, things are comparatively easy.
Otherwise, even the best of students are deprived of good opportunities.
However, in long term, your attitude and luck will determine your destiny.
There are lot of companies which will give you opportunity without reference also.
If you dont have reference, dont think about it, just concentrate on your strenghts and approach the firms.

02 October 2009 Its the person they are recruting is unaware of IT's .. the main reason is that our CA inst is not making them aware of this rule. atleast something should have doen to encourage the companies for taking IT. I am sure once companies knwo the real benefit of taking IT then they will give it a Thumb Up. :)
