I am doing IT with one of the MNC. Total duration of my IT is 10 months. Now the member under whom i was registered has resigned so i have to take a fresh registration under a new member of the same co.
the problem now is that only 6 months is left for my training & if i give application for fresh registration in form 104 my application will be rejected on the ground that registration can be done min. of 9 months
Plz suggest

No. Your application will not be rejected. You will have to attach necessary documents for fresh registration. ICAI does not put Trainees in wrong box or harras them ICAI is always helpful in such cases. Good Luck.
