Hi Friends,
One of my Collegue has filed the return of income of a Indian company as Foreign Company for the AY 2008-09,now for the AY 2009-10 while filing the return i found it but the taxes are already paid(which is calculated as foreign company).. Kindly guide me guys...

you can file a revise return within 1 year from the expiry of AY yr corresponding to financial yeear

but for the AY 2008-09 one year has been completed know..
