13 January 2012 You can calculate the fees online at ROC portal from below link---

Also for point no 11 and regarding other fields please check out the help file. It is advised to read the help file carefully before filing any e-form.

13 January 2012 Dear Sanjay Sir,

I have one query..

Do we need to pay Stamp Duty on MOA and Form 5 Separately??

As for E-Form 5, Stamp Duty is mostly 0.15% of increased ASC as per following link..

Is it Right??

And when we calculate the fee for Form 5 as per following link it shows Rs 19000 from ASC 2 lacs to 5 lacs.

Is it Correct??

13 January 2012 According to me all info contained in MCA are correct as fees is required to be paid after calculation online from MCA21 portal.

Also regarding e-stamping you can also see below FAQ from MCA Website.

And link of rates of stamp duty provided by you is also correct.
