25 April 2014 A Private Limited Company formed in Feb 2014 at that time Authorized capital is Rs. 100000 and now Company wants to increase Authorized capital. Then Plz Tell me the Procedure to be followed for Increase in Authorized Share Capital..

25 April 2014 1. An EGM needs to be conducted and the Resolution to be passed out for increase in authorized capital of company. The resolution should also contain the changes related to capital clauses.
2. File form 23 for registration of resolutions with the attachments of Resolution copy and Revised MOA & AOA with the changes in clauses of capital
3. File form 5 with the same attachments by mentioning the form 23 SRN number in form 5.
