Sir,
Can formalities of increase in authorised share capital of a pvt ltd co. be done online. If yes provide me the link pls.

Ans. to Q. 1- for increasing authorised capital u have to passed Special resolution (read u/s 17 & 94 of companies act, 1956) in GM og the Company and than file form 23 and form 5 respectivly to RoC within 30days....
> so here formalities of increase in authorised share capital of a pvt ltd co. be can not done online,,
ans. to q. 2- share of private company are normally held in physical form.... and for transfer of physical share .form 7B r required to be filled with the company......
so here also u can not transfer share online..
