Can Board of Directors increase cumulative dividend from 3 % to 15% ?

Cumulative Dividend (or any other terms and conditions)on Preference Shares can be increased by the Board of Directors of the issuing company subject to approval of the Board of Directors of the Preference Shareholder (if it is a company) or the Preference Shareholder himself. Need to comply with the procedure for variation in rights of members.
