Can we register company directly in MCA portal or they gave authority to register some institutions like NSDL Ect:

Please clarify my doubt

and where is available fees details to MCA for company incorporation

02 April 2012 Fees details are available in MCA site at tab enquire fees. at mca, you can directly register company, by following prescribed process such as first din, then dsc, then name approval.
Its a time taking process. Better to consult a professional.
