How could i get the second copy of incorporation certificate.

register & login with your id at
https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/
Then go to "ACCESS PUBLIC DOCUMENTS>GET CERTIFIED COPY.
FILL THE FORM AND SEARCH , THEN SELECT CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATIN AND PAY THE FEES ONLINE OR VIA CHALLAN.
THEY WILL GSEND A CERTIFIED COPY OF COI AT YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS.
