Sir
inrespect of an assesee who is having 12 A registartion is not able efile their return in ITR 7 due their fourth letter of the PAN is not T. Infact the assesee is a soceity formed under Travancore Cochin Cultural Act for Charitable purpose.Pla advice how to e fle the return and audit Report in Form 10 B electronically

U NEED TO FIRST OBTAIN A CORRECT PAN NUMBER FROM IT DEPT, BY WRITING A LETTER TO THEM AND THEN FILE ITR.

We are having PAN and filing returns from 1983 onwards.Now on what ground we apply for another PAN or how can we apply for correction PAN already alloted to Us

then if ur filling wit same pan then what is your problem sir?
if they accepted ur pan for so many years then suddenly what problem as arised to you?
u cannot get another an when you have 1.

When we are trying for e filing the system shows a message that This PAN does not corresond to the trust and on contacting CPC they directed to contact AO and on contacting AO they advice us to aplly for a new PAn and then on getting the new PAN cancell the previous one.However, the assesee is having some doubts regarding the continuity of 12 A registration .This is our problem
