03 January 2017 Dear Experts..,

I have a Big Doubt / Confusion / Reason...

Why our Income Tax slab rate as 10%, 20% & 30%...?
Any Reasons or Any Difficulties...?

Bcoz.,

I think, the corruption and the Block Money also made by this Slab Rate...!!!

Please suggest Experts...

04 January 2017 Differential tax rate structure is followed to put the burden of tax more on the rich and less on the poor. This theory believes that this would bring equilibrium in the society.

04 January 2017 May be not. Take case of companies and partnershil firms which are levied tax at flat rate. They also tend to manipulate profits and try to keep their tax at minimal. So why blame a differential tax structure for encouraging corruption when a flat tax rate also keeps the same.

I'm not said to flat rate of tax... Just minimal tax rates are avoid corruption...
Because, After 10L every lakhs in tax Rs. 30k. I think this is over rate of tax... Just think thats only....

04 January 2017 30% is definitely a high rate of tax. Lets hope it comes down in due course.
