29 December 2013 How to get the information about the income records and returns of an assessee using PAN number if the assessee had no records with him. This is to determine all the dues of th e assessee from the previous year 2002-2003 till date. The assessee had been voluntarily retired since year-2003.

29 December 2013 1. if the returns have been filed offline, then go and meet the assessing officer.

2. if the returns have been filed online, login into his income tax website account. Last 4-5 years of record should be available there.
