Dear Sir,
Please note that one Assessee has got expired in the financial year 2013-14. His income tax return is due for filing.His legal heir has been registered with Income Tax portal.The Deceased Assessee was liable to pay income tax. Kindly let me at the time of payment income tax, which PAN number has to be mentioned in ITNS 280, either the PAN Number of Deceased Assessee or the PAN Number of his Legal Heir.
