WHAT IS CRITERIA FOR DETAILS FILL IN NO ACCOUNT CASE , INSTEAD OF FULL DETAILS IN ITR 4

If the income from business is < or = 1,20,000 or total sales < or = 10,00,000 , then can choose 'no account case' and the 4 details called for has to be filled in clause 53 of Part A- P & L of ITR-4.

Sir, If Income from Business exceed Rs. 1,20,000/- but Sales / Gross Amt is Less then 10,00,000/- can be filed in no account case?
