I want to File the income tax return. i am in audit, But my digital signature is not valid. so can i upload the IT Return without digital Signature..please suggest me...

Hi Mansoor,
As an individual you have option to file your return without digital signature. You will have to either post the acknowledgement to Bangalore CPC or will have to e-verify through listed documents to avoid mailing acknowledgement to Bangalore.

thanks for replying but my qts was that if the if the person is in audit can he upload the return without digital signature

Digital signature is required in following cases
1. Individual/HUF; Firms if provisions of section 44AB are applicable
2. Company
3. Political party
Identify where you lies in above 3. Audit is a profession and digital signature requirement is assessed based on what capacity(i.e. whether individual, firm) you are filling your return.
