One of my client not filed the income tax returns for the a.y.2007-08 and 08-09 more over more tds amount was there how can we file the return and take refund from dept. please guide me regarding this.

You may file return for balated claim of refund u/s. 237 under CBDT Circular No. 670dt.26-10-1993 (204ITR{154-155 Sta} F No. 225/208/93/ITA-II dt. 12.10.1993.
