Dear Sir,
I am small business holder. Whereas my annual turnover is below40,00,000/- and i am following presumptive taxation (i.e. total turnover * 8%). Since i want to know which form should i prefer to file Income Tax Return. Its urgent..
Also note that i have not prepared Balance Sheet for the year ending 31.03.2011.

You need to file your returns with ITR - 4S. Please let us know if you have any other clarifications on this.
