If return for F. Y. 2009 - 10 is filed within 31st March, 2011 no penalty can be levied on late filing.
Last date of return filing - 31.03.2012.
Penalty upto Rs. 5000 can be levied if return filed after 31.03.2011 and before 31.03.2012.
