My source of income is from my business and from house property income, Can i file return under section 44AD , as i have house in which two floor which is let out by me to two different tenant.
when i trying to file ITR 4 for AY 2017-18 it is shown that you can not file ITR 4 if you have more than two house which is let out.
Now my query is whether in this case as i have only one house property in which 2 floor is let out by me whether i can file ITR 4 or I need to file ITR 3.

If each floor has separate door number and separate tenants, better choose
form ITR-3.

Sir if i Choose ITR 3 than i have to file full balance sheet detail and my profit is more than 8%

No. In form ITR-3, under audit information ,tick NO for clause (a) and (b), then fill
44AD profit in Schedule BP clause (4) and so on.
