dear sir my sister is doing share trading since past 2 year but she had never filled return , as she had loss in share trading is it necessary to file return ,till date no income tax notice have been served by deptt

No need to file the return in case of loss if the loss is not required to be carried forward. Reply to the notice if received as loss incurred hence no return filed.
