my client is HOSPITAL Profession
he is two pan card
1 hospital names
2 personal name

i have income tax return is personal pan's return
any problems ??????

11 August 2014 is the hospital a proprietorship or some other form of entity? if it is a proprietorship, then all the incomes should be offered to tax against personal PAN only

11 August 2014 Then he should file return under Individual (Personal) PAN. One question what is the status of that Hospital PAN(Like Company, Firm etc)?

12 August 2014 Partnership Firm? Its simple if its individual's Income the file return under Individual PAN. For Individual and Proprietorship Firm there can not be separate PAN. Individual is the owner of Proprietorship Firm and income tax return is file under Individual PAN.
