DEAR ALL,
WE HAVE FILED IT REFUND FOR AY 2009-10 ON 29.09.2009, BUT REFUND IS NOT YET TO RECEIVED AND,
TDS CLAIM IN ITR IS LESS THEN TDS SHOW IN 26 AS
THEN WHAT I DO THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED ACTUAL REFUND

Why so much delay in refund contact your AO. Refund will be made as per credit in 26AS if not file rectification u/s 154 after receipt of refund as claimed in the return.
