may i file return without payment of tax
if our tds has deducted by employer but not TDS return filed yet.

how much tax i am liable to pay that much payment has deducted by my employer in one time dated 31/03/2015 and deposited on dated 18/04/2015.
even than i can't file my return

You can file your return. No need to pay Tax since employer has deducted the TDS from your salary. Just file the return and claim the TDS amount deducted from you salary. Once your employer file the return there will be no issue. But advisable to wait at till the TDS amount is reflected in your 26AS. 15th May is the last date of filing TDS return so your TDS should be updated within a week after the TDS return is filed by your employer.
