Income tax interest in online filling before 31st march

09 March 2012 i am filling ITR-4 online but it is showing interest. income u/h PGBP non corporate assessee(44AB).why interest before 31st march 2012 for 2011-12????

09 March 2012 Is it showing interest u/s 234A/B/C? It will show this interest if you have not paid taxes by way of advance tax or short paid advance tax.

09 March 2012 you must be eligible for payment of advance tax. so overall tax payable should be till30% paid in septemeber, till60% in dec and rest paid in march. so calculate as per that and pay interest.
